Lindsay Lohan confirmed via his Twitter account that failed a drug test and alcohol which underwent a court order and said that, if asked, is ready to appear before a judge and face the consequences of their actions .
"Unfortunately, yes indeed my last failed drugs tests," the actress 24 years in a series of messages on Friday night.
"Substance abuse (alcohol and drugs) is a disease, which unfortunately does not disappear overnight," he added. "I'm working hard to overcome."
I could go back to jail
A person informed of the case who declined to be identified by the sensitivity of the issue confirmed that tests were positive. He declined to detail what substance was detected, but said the review was the last month.
The Web site TMZ.com celebrity news first reported on the results.
The news could mean that Lohan has violated their parole and could return to jail. In July, she was sentenced to three months in prison plus three months in rehab after violating a probation sentence for two cases of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, occurred in 2007.
